FRISCO.PL DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Delivery Terms and Conditions”) set out the delivery rules for products purchased from the Frisco.pl store in accordance with the “Frisco.pl Supermarket Terms and Conditions” (available here), as well as the delivery rules for products purchased from other sellers on whose behalf Frisco S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (03-840), ul. Grochowska 306/308, may provide so-called marketplace services.
2. Depending on the delivery address provided by the Customer, deliveries may be carried out:
4. Deliveries carried out by a courier company do not include selected products (e.g. fresh products, frozen products, products in glass packaging, nappies). Therefore, if the postal code of the delivery address provided by the Customer indicates a location outside Warsaw, Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków, Katowice, and the Tricity (Trójmiasto) area and their surroundings, the Frisco.pl website will not display products that are not covered by courier deliveries.
6. Deliveries by Frisco.pl delivery drivers are carried out using a dedicated Frisco Van, which ensures appropriate conditions for transported food products so that they remain fresh for as long as possible.
7. Delivery fees vary depending on the selected delivery method, the delivery address, and the Customer’s status in the Frisco Friends programme, and are provided here. The Customer is charged the delivery fees in force at the time the specific order is placed and accepted by the Customer during the order placement process.
8. Available delivery dates/times for a given order are specified each time during the order acceptance process.
9. Frisco.pl does not process orders on public holidays (days statutorily free from work). Frisco.pl reserves the right to designate additional days on which it will not be possible to reserve a delivery slot.
10. In the case of deliveries carried out by Frisco.pl delivery drivers or by a courier company, the Customer should be present at the place and time of delivery indicated by the Customer, whereby the Frisco.pl delivery driver or courier may hand the order to the Customer or to another person present at the delivery address indicated by the Customer.
12. For deliveries carried out by Frisco.pl delivery drivers, if the Customer is absent at the delivery address indicated by the Customer within the indicated time slot, a Frisco.pl Customer Service representative will attempt to contact the Customer. If it is possible to agree a new delivery time, the Frisco.pl delivery driver will attempt to deliver the goods at a later time. In such a case, the Customer will incur an additional fee of PLN 15.00.
13. For deliveries carried out by a courier company, if the Customer is absent at the delivery address indicated by the Customer, the courier company employee will leave a delivery notice. The courier will make additional delivery attempts, after which the shipment will be returned to Frisco.pl. Frisco.pl will attempt to send the shipment again, while reserving the right to contact the Customer by email or phone (using the contact details provided when placing the order) in order to verify the delivery address and, if necessary, clarify what prevented the delivery from being completed. In the event of resending the order via the courier company, the Customer may be required to bear additional costs if the first delivery failed for reasons attributable to the Customer (e.g. the Customer’s absence at the indicated place and time of delivery or the Customer providing an incorrect delivery address).
15. In the event of a delay or failure to deliver the order within the delivery time selected by the Customer due to reasons for which Frisco.pl is not responsible, a Frisco.pl Customer Service representative will contact the Customer to arrange an alternative delivery time, without the need for the Customer to incur additional costs.
Deliveries of products from the “Alcohol” category:
17. Frisco.pl reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for the following reasons:
a) a new website functionality affecting the provision of services under the existing Terms and Conditions is introduced,
b) the change is required by law,
c) the existing website functionality affecting the provision of services is changed, in particular in order to increase comfort or facilitate the provision of services to the Customer,
d) new services or purchasing rules are introduced, or changes are made to the scope of provided services or purchasing rules of the Frisco.pl website, affecting the provision of services under the existing Terms and Conditions.
18. Each registered Customer will be informed of any change to the Terms and Conditions by email. The amended Terms and Conditions enter into force 15 days after the information about the changes is sent to Customers. For orders placed before the amended Terms and Conditions enter into force, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the order was placed shall apply.
